Overall a pretty disappointing experience. I dropped my car off for 4 new tires and the alignment package. I was not told the price beforehand. I get a call about an hour and a half after I dropped it off saying it was ready which seemed faster than I was expecting. I arrived to pick it up and was shown a price that was about $80 more than I was expecting because the price was not disclosed beforehand. I then asked if they did the alignment because it seemed a little fast and they said yes. I started driving home and the alignment was awful. It was significantly worse than when I came in, so I drove it right back. I then proceeded to wait about 45 minutes for them to correct something that should've been checked from the beginning.

We needed tires replaced on our car. I called in and they ordered what I needed. The tires arrived when I was told they would. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, and The new tires were installed and aligned efficiently. Pleasant experience from Doug, Troy and the techs.

1 Star Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I came in expecting honest service and clear communication, but instead I felt like my time and money were wasted. The staff did not seem confident about what they were doing, and the issue with my vehicle was not handled properly. A repair shop should be reliable, transparent, and skilled, but that was not my experience here. I would not return and would not recommend this place to others.

I purchased a tire rotation and alignment package for my Ram 2500 and ended up visiting this shop three times in two days, waiting more than six hours total. On the first visit, I did not even make it out of the parking lot because my steering wheel was more crooked than when I arrived, and they had not rotated my tires as promised. On the return visit later that same day, another technician told me, β€œI’m sorry, I actually made your steering wheel worse,” and admitted he was not certified to do the work. On my third visit, they were almost finished when I asked if they had rotated all four tires; the technician had not read my ticket correctly, so they had to redo the job yet again. Based on this experience of poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail, and wasted time, I would strongly recommend staying away from this shop.

AWESOME SHOP! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! I came in for two front tires on my dually and the staff was amazing. Angel and James were very knowledgeable, and I definitely got the best price in town. These guys seem like they want your business and they prove it by going above and beyond when helping customers. While I was waiting, I witnessed several other customers have an awesome experience as well with their BMW, Mercedes etc. Thanks again for an excellent experience and for taking care of my truck.
